Appendix C. [CEMETERY]

A cemetery is hereby established in the county for the reinterment therein of certain human remains discovered and archaeologically excavated on real property formerly known as the Jesse Thrift farmstead tract. Such cemetery shall consist of approximately 0.138 acres of land located on the south side of Waste Management Way approximately 525 feet from its intersection with U.S. Route 17 North near the entrance to the Middle Peninsula Landfill and Recycling Facility and shall be more specifically identified by Deed of Declaration filed in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County. A marker or monument with an inscription in memory of those persons interred in the cemetery shall be placed therein.
