Chapter 10.5. MASSAGE

§ 10.5-6. Penalty for violations.

Latest version.

A violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished pursuant to the provisions of Code of Virginia, § 18.2-11.
