§ 10-23. Suspension and revocation of licenses.

  • Any license issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked by the assessing official or the board of supervisors for any of the following reasons:

    (a)

    Suspension or revocation by the state of a similar state license.

    (b)

    Any reason which would have denied the issuance of the license.

    (c)

    Any violation of this chapter or any violation of a condition stated in the license.

    (d)

    Conviction of a felony or of an offense involving moral turpitude.
