§ 10-23. Suspension and revocation of licenses.
Any license issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked by the assessing official or the board of supervisors for any of the following reasons:
(a)
Suspension or revocation by the state of a similar state license.
(b)
Any reason which would have denied the issuance of the license.
(c)
Any violation of this chapter or any violation of a condition stated in the license.
(d)
Conviction of a felony or of an offense involving moral turpitude.
