§ 11-5. Violations of chapter.

Latest version.

Any person who violates section 11-3 shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 for the first offense. Any subsequent offense shall be punishable as a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
