§ 9-50. Reporting requirements for haulers or recyclers.

  • (a)

    Businesses licensed for waste hauling, recycling, or scrap metal recovery shall submit an annual report for each calendar yard ending on December 31 to the director of public works by March 1 of the following year.

    (b)

    Such annual report shall be submitted on a form prescribed by the county administrator and shall include as a minimum the following information:

    (1)

    The name and address of the reporting party.

    (2)

    The total quantity of solid waste generated in Gloucester, by commodity, that was recycled by that business during the reporting period.
