The entrances and exits to parking areas shall be clearly marked. The width of access
roads providing direct access to parking spaces shall be governed by section 11-3.
For access roads which provide internal circulation, but do not provide direct access
to parking spaces, the following shall apply: For one-way traffic, the minimum width
of an access drive shall be twelve (12) feet; for two-way traffic, the minimum shall
be twenty-four (24) feet. Parking areas having more than one (1) isle or driveway
shall have directional signs or markings on each isle or driveway.
